Design and build AI workflows (RAG, prompts, agents)
Develop APIs and backend systems for AI features
Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI systems
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver real-world solutions
Experience with AI/LLM systems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Understanding of prompts, embeddings, RAG, or AI agents
Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Solid understanding of APIs and system design
Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
Actively use AI tools in daily work
Able to design practical AI solutions for real use cases
Understand how to validate and control AI outputs
Experience with voice AI (STT/TTS)
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Experience building production-ready AI systems
